Job Description: Java Microservices Spring Boot Developer

Location- Hyderabad

Exp- 5 to 10 years

Role Overview

  • Position: Senior Java Backend Engineer / Microservices Developer
  • Experience Range: 5–10 Years (Mid to Senior Level)
  • Core Tech Stack: Java (8/11/17/21), Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, Kafka/RabbitMQ, Docker/Kubernetes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Microservices Development: Design, build, and deploy highly scalable, loosely coupled, and resilient microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud (Gateway, Config Server, Eureka). [
  • API Engineering: Develop secure, efficient, and well-documented RESTful APIs integrating with front-end applications, mobile clients, and third-party systems.
  • Database & Caching Management: Design schema, write complex queries, and handle data persistence using relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL stores (MongoDB) via Spring Data JPA / Hibernate.
  • Asynchronous Messaging: Implement event-driven architectures and asynchronous communication patterns using message brokers and streaming platforms like Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.
  • Security & Auth: Implement robust authentication and authorization mechanisms using Spring Security, OAuth 2.0, and JWT (JSON Web Tokens).
  • Testing & Quality: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests using JUnit and Mockito; follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles.
  • DevOps & Cloud-Native Deployment: Containerize applications using Docker and manage orchestration via Kubernetes on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Collaboration: Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, perform peer code reviews, and collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA teams
