Must-Have

  • Strong experience in Java (8 or higher) and Spring Boot framework
  • Hands-on experience in designing and developing Microservices architectures
  • Expertise in REST API development and integration
  • Experience with ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA)
  • Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
  • Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/Jenkins)
  • Strong understanding of design patterns, OOPs, and system design principles
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments


Good-to-Have

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
  • Experience with API Gateway (Spring Cloud Gateway, Kong, Apigee)
  • Knowledge of security frameworks (OAuth2, JWT, Spring Security)
  • BFSI/Insurance domain experience (preferred for RLG programs)
  • Experience in distributed systems and resilience patterns (Circuit Breaker, Retry, etc.)
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps practices
