The role in a nutshell:

Someone who knows social well enough to spot a good idea, make it look good, and get it out into the world. You’ll be working closely with our marketing team on the day-to-day social media for the brand: from planning and ideation to execution, scheduling and reporting.

What day to day looks like:

* Creating and editing reels, carousels and static posts

* Bringing a strong visual eye and aesthetic sense to everything that goes out

* Helping identify and build on the kind of content that works for the brand

* Basic iPhone photography for content when needed

* Influencer and creator outreach

* Keeping the social media calendar moving and making sure things actually get out on time

We care a lot about taste. You should be able to tell when a reel is genuinely good versus when it just has a trending audio on it. When a creative idea works and when something is simply trying too hard.

We’re looking for someone with at least 1 year of social media experience who wants to be closely involved in building the social media vertical and can take ownership of the day-to-day.

Mumbai | In-office (Lower Parel) | Monday–Friday
