Product Designer (GB03 / GB04)

About the Role

We are looking for a strong Product Designer to design and enhance end-to-end experiences for high-traffic B2C digital products across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong product thinking, excellent UX/UI skills, and experience working on consumer-facing products at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for B2C digital products across web and mobile.
• Translate user needs, business requirements, and product objectives into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct user research and usability analysis to identify customer pain points and improve product experiences.
• Create intuitive, engaging, and user-centric UI/UX designs aligned with design systems and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Business teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to improve usability, accessibility, and customer experience.
• Leverage user feedback, product data, and metrics to identify opportunities for continuous experience improvement.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems, reusable components, and UX standards.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong Product Designer with experience building consumer-facing digital products.
• 1+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, with a strong focus on B2C products.
• Proven experience working on top/high-traffic B2C products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work for consumer products.
• Experience in a leading/top B2C product company is preferred.
• Must have formal Design Education (BDes/MDes) from a Tier 1 institute, preferably IIT, NIT, or NIFT. Candidates from Tier 2 design institutes may be considered with lower priority.
• Strong understanding of UX, UI, product thinking, user research, prototyping, and design systems.
• Pure UX Designer profiles without product design experience will not be considered.
