Reconciliation Lead - Nostro and Sundry GL reconciliations

Job Role: Reconciliation Lead

Contract duration : 9 months contract

Experience: 8+ years

Location: Work from home

Knowledge:

• System Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of TLM (SmartStream), Swift Gateway, FlexCube, reconciliation dashboards; Excel proficiency a must.
• Functional Knowledge: Deep understanding of reconciliation practices, Nostro, Inter-entity accounting, Swift messages, and Treasury funding cycles.
• Familiarity with financial controls, GL accounting principles, provisioning and write-off policies, and external audit requirements.

Skills:

• Experience presenting or preparing content for governance forums (e.g., audit, reconciliation committees, Central Bank review).
• High accountability, ownership mindset, problem-solving attitude, and ability to manage cross-border coordination.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Banking; CA/MBA preferred.
• 8–10 years in financial operations, with at least 5 years in reconciliations, internal controls, involving Nostro/interbranch or treasury processes.
