Admin Manager – Salad Days

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily administration, housekeeping, security, utilities, and facility operations.
• Handle civil, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and building maintenance.
• Plan preventive maintenance and resolve breakdowns quickly.
• Manage vendors, contractors, AMCs, quotations, and maintenance costs.
• Supervise repair, renovation, and infrastructure projects.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, fire, pest control, and facility compliance.
• Maintain maintenance records, budgets, and regular reports.
• Coordinate with Operations, Kitchen, HR, Finance, and Management.

Requirements

• Graduate with 5+ years relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of building, electrical, civil, and plumbing maintenance.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, and technicians.
• Good MS Excel, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced F&B environment.
