Senior UI/UX Designer Experience Required

4–6 years of experience in core UI/UX Design

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who can take ownership of end-to-end user experience and interface design across digital products, websites, and landingpages. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in user-centered design, visual design, prototyping, design systems, and the ability to collaborate closely withcross-functional teams.

You will work closely with Business Development, Developers, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

∙ Create user-centered designs by considering user needs, competitor analysis, business objectives, data, and technical constraints/opportunities.

∙ Develop user flows, information architecture, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively conceptualize and communicate design solutions. ∙ Design intuitive and engaging websites, landing pages, and digital interfaces across multiple devices and screen sizes.

∙ Conduct UI/UX audits, usability testing, and design evaluations to identify friction points and continuously improve the user experience.

∙ Relentlessly simplify complex processes and information into intuitive, elegant, and user- friendly interfaces.

∙ Establish and maintain design systems, UI patterns, reusable components, and detailed design specifications to ensure consistency and scalability.

∙ Work closely with developers throughout the implementation process to ensure designs are accurately translated into functional experiences.

∙ Collaborate with BD, Project Managers, Developers, Content, and other internal teams to understand requirements and deliver effective design solutions.

∙ Stay updated with competitor products, emerging UX/UI trends, design practices, and digital experiences to bring fresh thinking to projects.

∙ Use data and user insights to make informed design decisions and improve product usability and engagement.

∙ Present design concepts and rationale clearly to internal stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback effectively.

∙ Maintain high standards of visual quality, usability, accessibility, consistency, and attention to detail across all deliverables.

∙ Contribute to a culture of design excellence by sharing knowledge, best practices, and new design approaches with the wider design team.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

∙ Successfully deliver high-quality UI/UX designs for assigned websites, digital products, and landing pages.

∙ Ensure designs are delivered within agreed timelines and project requirements. ∙ Maintain consistency and scalability through effective use of design systems and UI patterns. ∙ Improve user experience through regular UI/UX audits, usability testing, and design iterations.

∙ Ensure smooth collaboration with developers and achieve high design-to-development accuracy.

∙ Contribute innovative and user-focused design solutions across projects.

Skills Required

∙ Strong understanding of UI/UX Design principles and methodologies.

∙ Strong expertise in Visual Design, Wireframing, Prototyping, User Flows, and User Research. ∙ Understanding of responsive design, usability, accessibility, and interaction design. ∙ Ability to create and maintain design systems and reusable UI components.

∙ Understanding of HTML and CSS and basic knowledge of back-end development logic. ∙ Understanding of SEO fundamentals and their impact on website UX/UI.

∙ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. ∙ Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, and time-management skills. ∙ Ability to understand technical constraints and work effectively with developers. ∙ Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

∙ Experience working in an agency, product, or fast-paced digital environment will be an advantage.
