Bamboo Rose PLM Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Work on Bamboo Rose PLM implementation, configuration, customization, enhancement, and support.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into Bamboo Rose PLM solutions.
• Configure and maintain PLM workflows, product data, attributes, classifications, and lifecycle processes.
• Support end-to-end product lifecycle processes from product creation through development, approval, and commercialization.
• Configure business rules, workflows, validations, and user roles based on business requirements.
• Manage product information and ensure data consistency across PLM processes.
• Work closely with business users, product teams, merchandising teams, and technical teams.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Support integrations between Bamboo Rose PLM and other enterprise applications where required.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user documentation.
• Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect resolution, and production validation.
• Support releases, enhancements, migrations, and deployment activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve PLM processes, automation, data quality, and system usability.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Mandatory Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Bamboo Rose PLM.
• Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes.
• Experience in Bamboo Rose PLM configuration and implementation.
• Experience with product data management and product lifecycle workflows.
• Good understanding of workflow, approval, validation, and business-rule configuration.
• Experience in requirements gathering and translating business requirements into PLM solutions.
• Experience in SIT/UAT, defect management, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Ability to perform RCA and resolve PLM-related issues.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Bamboo Rose PLM integrations with ERP, merchandising, sourcing, or other enterprise applications.
• Experience with data migration and data validation.
• Exposure to retail, fashion, apparel, footwear, consumer goods, or supply-chain domains.
• Experience working with global business stakeholders.
• Agile/Scrum experience.
• Knowledge of APIs, web services, or integration technologies is an advantage.
• Experience preparing functional/technical documentation.
