Saturn Labs is building the data infrastructure powering the next generation of intelligent robotics systems. We provide high-quality synthetic and real-world training data, sim environments and assets to leading companies building general-purpose robotics foundation models.

Our Mission: We enable frontier robotics labs and AI research organizations to train more capable, generalizable robots by providing the highest-quality, diverse, and well-annotated training datasets.

We are backed by Entrepreneurs First and founded by IIT Bombay graduates and ex-Microsoft researchers who are passionate about solving hard problems in robotics AI.

The Opportunity

As our Founder's Office Strategy, you'll work directly with our CEO to shape the operational and strategic foundation of Saturn Labs during a critical growth phase. This is not a typical internship—you'll have real ownership over meaningful projects that directly influence how we scale our data collection operations and execute our vision.

This is a unique opportunity to be embedded in the decision-making layer of an early-stage startup, gaining insights into founding, scaling, and building a venture-backed company from the ground up.

Your Role

As a Founder's Office Strategy, you will:

Operations & Strategy- Contribute to strategic planning and execution around scaling our real-world and synthetic data collection capabilities- Help establish operational workflows that ensure quality, efficiency, and scalability as we grow

Cross-Functional Collaboration- Interface between the CEO and technical teams on strategic initiatives- Help coordinate with clients, partners, and team members to ensure smooth execution of key projects- Contribute to business development activities, including competitor analysis and market research

Project Ownership- Own 2-3 high-impact projects from conception to execution- This could range from setting up new data collection sites, improving internal processes, to supporting go-to-market initiatives

Great to Have:

• Background in robotics, AI, or operations (coursework, projects, or internship experience)
• Familiarity with data annotation, data collection, or ML workflows
• Experience working in early-stage startups or high-growth environments
• Project management or operational coordination experience

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Recent graduate (1-3 YoE) from a top technical institute (pref IITs/BITS)
• Intellectually curious and passionate about robotics and AI
• Comfortable working offline in Bangalore and ready to commit fully to the company building journey
• Detail-oriented and organized, with strong time management skills
