Senior Manager – HR Business Partner | South India

Location: Chennai | Experience: 12–15 Years | Travel: South India


About the Role


Our client, a leading professionally managed organisation with a strong presence across premium and commercial assets, is looking for a Senior Manager – HR Business Partner to lead the HR agenda for its South India portfolio.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior business leaders on HR strategy and people priorities.
  • Drive workforce planning, organization design and talent management.
  • Lead succession planning, performance management and leadership development.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention and employee relations.
  • Advise and coach leaders on people and organizational matters.
  • Support change management and business expansion initiatives.
  • Leverage HR analytics and insights to support business decisions.
  • Ensure effective HR governance and policy implementation across the region.

Ideal Candidate

  • 12–15 years of HR experience with strong HRBP / Business HR exposure.
  • Experience independently managing a regional or large business portfolio.
  • Strong stakeholder management and experience partnering with senior leadership.
  • Preferred: Hospitality, Hotels & Resorts, Premium Services, Travel & Leisure or other large service-led organizations.
  • Candidates from Retail, Facility Management, Commercial Real Estate, Aviation, BFSI, IT/ITES and Professional Services may also be considered.
