Logistics Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Primary Vehicle Offloading:
   • Supervise the unloading of incoming trucks and containers.
   • Ensure goods are handled properly and recorded in the system.
2. Secondary Vehicle Dispatch:
   • Oversee the loading and dispatch of outgoing trucks.
   • Ensure the correct products are sent out on time.
3. Stock Aggregation at SKU Level:
   • Organize stock by SKU to make sure it's easy to find and track.
   • Check that stock levels match the system records.
4. Maintaining Inventory:
   • Keep track of stock and ensure the warehouse has the right amount of products.
   • Regularly check inventory to prevent shortages or overstocking.
5. Physical Inventory Counts (PIC):
   • Perform daily spot checks on random SKUs to make sure stock counts are accurate.
   • Report any issues with stock levels and fix discrepancies.
6. Labor Team Management:
   • Lead and supervise the warehouse team.
   • Assign daily tasks and ensure the team follows the operation schedule.
   • Brief the team on daily priorities and keep them on track.

Skills Needed:

• Good leadership skills.
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems.
• Ability to handle physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail for stock checks and inventory accuracy.
