About Dolphin AI
Dolphin AI is Eloelo’s newest product, an AI video generation platform that lets anyone turn ideas into high-quality videos in minutes. We’re building the creative tools that will shape how India makes video content.


Role: Video Editor (6-Month Contract)
We’re looking for a skilled, fast-moving Video Editor with an advertising agency background to create high-impact video content for Dolphin AI. You’ll edit ads, launch films, social content, and product videos, working closely with the marketing, brand, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualise and create high-quality videos for channels ranging from social media to performance marketing, using AI tools to speed up output without compromising craft.
  • Use generative and AI-assisted tools (text-to-video, auto-cut, voice cloning, upscaling, subtitling, B-roll generation) to speed up production and unlock new creative formats.
  • Work closely with different teams to bring briefs to life.
  • Build and maintain prompt libraries, style references, and reusable AI workflows so output stays consistent across projects and editors.
  • Optimise videos for different formats: vertical, square, and widescreen.
  • Deliver on time while managing several video projects at once.
  • Take high ownership of timelines and the quality of deliverables.
  • Take feedback positively and revise content quickly based on team and client inputs.
  • Maintain and organise video asset libraries and project files for easy collaboration.

We Are Looking For
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in professional video editing, preferably at an advertising or creative agency.
  • Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory).
  • Proven, hands-on experience with AI video and audio tools (Runway, Sora, Kling, ElevenLabs, Topaz, or similar).
  • A prompt-writing and iteration mindset. You treat AI as a creative collaborator, not just a shortcut.
  • A sharp eye for detail, especially in audio transitions, visual polish, and continuity.
  • Knowledge of video trends, meme culture, and platform-specific nuances (Reels, Shorts, ads, and more).
  • Ability to manage your own deadlines, juggle priorities, and stay calm under pressure.
  • A storyteller at heart, with a passion for bringing emotion, humour, or urgency through your edits.
