Lead Architectural Visualizer

Role Description The Lead Architectural Visualizer is a full-time, on-site role based in Maharashtra, India. This role is responsible for developing high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings that accurately represent luxury interior and architectural concepts for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. BIM (Building Information Modeling) Specialists are welcome to apply. Experience into Architectural designs and renders is a MUST.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong visualization skills, including 3D modeling, rendering, and spatial representation for architectural and interior design projects.
• Candidates should possess graphics and graphic design skills to create presentation layouts, visual narratives, and marketing-ready imagery.
• Candidates should possess lighting skills, with the ability to simulate natural and artificial lighting for realistic and atmospheric visualizations.
• Candidates should possess drawing skills, including sketching and visual ideation to support concept development and design communication.
• Proficiency in industry-standard visualization and design tools (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalents).
• Experience leading visualization projects, mentoring team members, and coordinating with cross-functional design and product teams.
• Strong attention to detail, aesthetic sensibility for luxury interiors, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Relevant educational background in Architecture, Interior Design, Visualization, Graphic Design, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
