Accounts Executive

The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role.

Responsibilities

• Reconciliation of Vendor, and Inter-Company ledgers as required.
• Bill booking and apportionment accounting for all Group Companies related to credit card
• Preparation and posting of Bank Reconciliation (BRS) clarification entries
• Bill-wise clearing and reconciliation of Accounts Payable ledgers.
• Creation and maintenance of Business Partners (BP) for corporate card transactions and vendor onboarding only for Amazon & Flipkart
• Management of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle from Purchase Order creation to invoice booking
• Checking internal controls , returned stock expiry dates , etc in E Comm dept
• Accounting and processing of E-commerce operational and marketing expenses bills
• Accounting of Advertisement and Marketing expenses, including vendor invoice processing.
• Accounting of Investment transactions along with allocation and apportionment entries
• Processing of MIRO and FB60 reversal entries and related corrections.
• Preparation of financial reports and data for Internal Audit and Statutory Audit purposes.
• Accounting entries and reconciliation related to AIS and Form 26AS.
• Verification and validation of labour salary payments.
• Execution and circulation of Trial Balance reports to management.
• Processing and accounting of E-commerce off invoices discount debit notes
• Maintenance and filing of accounting vouchers and supporting documents.

Qualifications

• B.COM degree 2-3 years of business experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
