This is not a button-pushing role. You'll build account structure, launch, test angles and creative with our creative team, kill what's dead, scale what's working, and back every call with numbers.

You need to speak fluent:

→ CPA, ROAS, MER, CAC, LTV

→ New customer CAC vs blended

→ First purchase profitability

→ Search term quality and placement performance

→ Feed health and Merchant Center diagnostics

→ Creative fatigue

→ When to scale and when to cut

The non-negotiables:

→ 2+ years running Google Ads for US-based DTC e-commerce brands

→ $100,000+ in Google spend you personally managed — not spend your agency managed while you

built the reports

→ You can walk me through one account: what it looked like when you took it over, what it looked like 90 days later, and what you actually did in between
