We are looking for an experienced 𝗦𝗔𝗣 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝘀 & 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 to manage and support the SAP platform across system administration, HANA database operations, upgrades, patching, transport management, performance tuning, role design, authorization management, Segregation of Duties, and security architecture.

The role requires end-to-end technical ownership of the SAP landscape, ensuring systems remain 𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲, 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱, 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘁, 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲, and audit-ready while managing the complete technical change path from development through production.

This is a 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝟯 / 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝟰 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 role requiring strong hands-on troubleshooting, proactive system monitoring, security governance, and permanent resolution of complex technical issues.

🛠️ 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

✅ Plan and execute SAP system copies, refreshes, migrations, and upgrades with documented rollback plans

✅ Apply support packs, kernel updates, SAP Notes, and manage the maintenance calendar

✅ Perform system and HANA database performance tuning and act on SAP EarlyWatch findings

✅ Manage transport landscapes, transport routes, import queues, and release governance

✅ Proactively monitor system health, background jobs, interfaces, dumps, and technical issues before user impact

✅ Define SAP role design strategy and build and maintain single and composite roles

✅ Troubleshoot and resolve authorization defects and access issues

✅ Perform Segregation of Duties analysis and support remediation with process owners and GRC teams

✅ Manage user provisioning, emergency access, and periodic access-review evidence for audits

✅ Support High Availability, Disaster Recovery testing, and backup validation

✅ Maintain SAP landscape documentation, technical runbooks, and security concepts

✅ Own technical changes across development, quality, and production environments

🎯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 / 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀

✔️ Strong hands-on SAP Basis administration experience on 𝗦/𝟰𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗔 with 𝗦𝗔𝗣 𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗔 Database

✔️ Experience in SAP installation, system copy, refresh, migration, upgrade, and patching activities

✔️ Strong transport management and landscape governance experience in live production environments

✔️ Experience managing transport routes, import queues, and release governance

✔️ Strong performance analysis and troubleshooting skills across work processes, memory, and HANA statements

✔️ Hands-on experience with 𝗦𝗧𝟬𝟯, 𝗦𝗧𝟮𝟮, 𝗦𝗠𝟱𝟬, HANA Studio, and/or HANA Cockpit

✔️ Strong SAP Security experience including role design, single roles, composite roles, and authorization management

✔️ Hands-on experience with authorization trace and defect analysis using 𝗦𝗨𝟱𝟯, 𝗦𝗧𝟬𝟭, and 𝗦𝗨𝗜𝗠

✔️ Strong understanding of Segregation of Duties concepts and remediation alongside SAP GRC

✔️ Experience in user provisioning, emergency access, and periodic access reviews

✔️ Experience with SAP EarlyWatch findings and performance optimization

✔️ Experience supporting High Availability, Disaster Recovery testing, and backup validation

✔️ Strong troubleshooting experience across system health, background jobs, interfaces, and dumps

✔️ Experience maintaining SAP landscape documentation, runbooks, and security concepts

✔️ Strong change governance, production support, and Root Cause Analysis capability

⭐ 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 / 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱-𝘁𝗼-𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀

✔️ Experience with SAP environments hosted on 𝗔𝘇𝘂𝗿𝗲, 𝗔𝗪𝗦, or 𝗚𝗖𝗣

✔️ Exposure to 𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗘 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗔𝗣

✔️ Experience with SAP Solution Manager Technical Monitoring

✔️ Exposure to SAP Cloud ALM

✔️ Experience with ITIL-aligned Change and Problem Management

✔️ Experience working within an AMS / Application Management Services environment
