About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence / Data Science Specialist with 3 to 5 years of experience to design, build, and maintain robust reporting solutions and analytics frameworks. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex technical data systems and strategic business decisions, turning raw data into clear, actionable insights for key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dashboard & Reporting Management: Design, build, document, and maintain recurring enterprise dashboards and reporting systems.
  • Advanced Data Analysis: Write complex, optimized SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets across dynamic databases.
  • Data Visualization & Storytelling: Translate complex analytics into intuitive visual reports, presenting data-driven insights clearly to non-technical partners and leadership.
  • ML Integration Support: Collaborate with data science teams by applying technical and methodological understanding of running machine learning models in production environments.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a customer-oriented partner to internal and external clients, translating operational needs into technical requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Science.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Core Technical Skills:
  • Advanced to expert-level proficiency in SQL.
  • Advanced mastery of data visualization platforms (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio / Looker Studio).
  • Solid understanding of the deployment, monitoring, and methodological lifecycle of ML models in production.
