Qualifications for SN Siebel Operation Support JD #2:

 

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex application and operational issues.

• Ability to quickly learn and understand Sleep Number business processes across multiple domains, including Order Management, Payments, Fulfillment, and Customer Service.

• Experience working with Siebel Development tool, i.e., SQL and Shell Scripting, EIM/EAI, Web Services, etc.,

• Strong understanding of Oracle Siebel architecture, business processes, and core functionality.

• Ability to effectively collaborate with TPMs and business stakeholders across supported domains to drive continuous improvement, enhance platform capabilities, reduce incident recurrence, streamline business processes, and improve operational efficiency.

• 5+ years supporting Oracle Siebel CRM applications in a production environment.

• Strong knowledge of Siebel configuration, workflows, business components, business services, and EAI.

• Experience troubleshooting integrations, web services (SOAP/REST), and Oracle databases.
  Strong SQL and data investigation skills.

• Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  
  
  Qualifications for SN Oracle Siebel CRM-POS Developer #1:

 

• 5+ years supporting Oracle Siebel CRM applications in a production environment.

• Siebel Incident Management (L1.5 to L2)

• Manage and resolve Oracle Siebel incidents across multiple business domains, including Order Management, Payments, and related functional areas. The resource will perform troubleshooting and deliver timely resolutions in accordance with established SLAs.

• Siebel Platform enhancement Developer.

• Manage and support Siebel DevOps's demand for platform enhancement (i.e., Address Standardization, streamline NCOA/DNC or enabling automation capability collab with Siebel DevOps).
  
  
  Responsibilities for SN Siebel Operation Support JD #3:

 

• Siebel Incident Management (L1.5 to L2)

• Manage and resolve Oracle Siebel incidents across multiple business domains, including Order Management, Payments, and related functional areas. The resource will perform troubleshooting and deliver timely resolutions in accordance with established SLAs.

• Siebel Platform enhancement Developer.

• Manage and support Siebel DevOps's demand for platform enhancement (i.e., Address Standardization, streamline NCOA/DNC or enabling automation capability collab with Siebel DevOps).
