About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated students who have completed UG to join our team as Business Development Executives on On- Site working model. This opportunity is ideal for students who want to gain practical experience in sales, business development, communication, client interaction, and the education sector while continuing their studies. You will work closely with prospective students and working professionals, understand their educational and career goals, introduce suitable programs, and contribute to the company's growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Connect with prospective students and working professionals through outbound calls and other communication channels.
● Understand their career and educational goals and recommend relevant courses or programs.
● Present and explain management and higher-education programs effectively.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners.
● Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other channels.
● Maintain lead information and ensure timely follow-ups.
● Work towards daily activity goals and weekly/monthly enrollment targets.
● Collaborate with the team to improve lead conversion and achieve business objectives.
Who Can Apply?
● Completed undergraduate (UG) degree in any discipline.
● Students from any college or university are eligible.
● Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
● Confident and comfortable speaking with people over the phone.
● Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
● Interested in sales, business development, marketing, or client interaction.
● Able to manage academic responsibilities along with work commitments.
