Proven experience managing multiple technology teams across application development, testing, DevOps, infrastructure, and production support. Work expirience in Java and related technologies is an advantage. Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, databases, messaging systems, and enterprise integrations. Experience delivering and supporting on-premises enterprise applications and data-center-based systems. Good understanding of cloud technologies such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud. Experience managing hybrid-cloud integration, application modernization, and cloud migration initiatives. Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and software development life cycles. Ability to manage technical roadmaps, delivery plans, resource allocation, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and timelines. Experience working with architecture, security, infrastructure, QA, business, and operations teams. Strong understanding of application security, performance, scalability, availability, disaster recovery, and compliance. Experience using delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or ServiceNow. Good-to-Have Skills Experience delivering AI, Generative AI, machine learning, automation, or data engineering initiatives. Understanding of large language models, AI APIs, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and responsible AI. Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Terraform, Ansible, and infrastructure automation. Experience with Kafka, API gateways, event-driven architecture, service mesh, and observability tools. Experience with DevSecOps, SRE, ITIL, production support, and operational excellence.
