Property Manager

Property Manager – Delhi NCR

UniLiv is looking for a hands-on and accountable Unit Lead to manage the day-to-day operations of an assigned co-living property and ensure an excellent resident experience.

The Unit Lead will take ownership of property operations, resident satisfaction, team performance, service standards, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete day-to-day operations of the assigned property.
• Coordinate Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security and F&B operations.
• Ensure the property is clean, safe, well-maintained and resident-ready at all times.
• Manage resident queries, complaints and escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Build strong relationships with residents and drive a positive resident experience.
• Lead, train and motivate the property operations team.
• Manage team rosters, attendance, discipline, grooming and performance.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure SOP and service standards are followed.
• Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, resident events and special requirements.
• Monitor maintenance issues and ensure closure within defined TATs.
• Drive resident engagement and community-building activities.
• Maintain accurate MIS, operational reports and property documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, hygiene and company policies.
• Identify operational gaps and proactively implement solutions.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in hospitality, hotels, co-living, serviced apartments, property management or residential operations.
• Graduate; Hotel Management / Hospitality Management preferred.
• Prior experience managing a property or frontline operations team will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent resident/customer handling and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving and execution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working 6 days a week, including weekends/holidays and rotational shifts as required.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred.
