Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer (Backend) with strong

experience in building scalable systems and hands-on exposure to AI-assisted / agentic

development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar. The ideal candidate

should have a proven track record of using these tools to ship production-quality code

faster, not just experimentation.

Key Responsibilities

 Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using modern technologies

 Build and deliver production-ready applications using AI-assisted development

tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude Code)

 Leverage agentic workflows to improve development speed and code quality

 Work extensively with TypeScript for backend services and integrations

 Design and implement APIs, microservices, and distributed systems

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

 Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability

 Contribute to architecture decisions and system design discussions

 Support migration and integration efforts (including Salesforce-related systems

where applicable)

Required Skills & Experience

 Strong experience in backend development (8+ years preferred)

 Strong experience in PHP, Laravel, Vue js

 Expertise in TypeScript

 Hands-on experience with AWS (mandatory)

 Proven experience using AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar) in

real production environments

 Strong understanding of API development, microservices architecture, and system

design

 Experience with Git and modern development workflows

 Ability to write clean, maintainable, and production-grade code

Good to Have

 Experience with Cloudflare services

 Exposure to Salesforce (integration/migration)

 Background as a Senior Backend Engineer / Solution Architect

 Recent portfolio or demonstrable work using AI/agentic development (last 6

months)
