Pharmacy Principal

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the pharmacy curriculum and educational policies.
• Oversee faculty recruitment, development, and evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards set by accrediting bodies.
• Foster relationships with industry partners and healthcare institutions.
• Provide academic leadership and guidance to faculty and students.
• Monitor student progress and support their academic endeavors.
• Conduct research and engage in scholarly activities.
• Organize workshops, seminars, and continuing education programs.
• Manage departmental budgets and resources effectively.
• Represent the pharmacy program in institutional meetings and events.

Essential Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Pharmacy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Strong academic background with a focus on pharmacy education.
• Demonstrated leadership and administrative skills.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmacy education or administration.
• Experience in curriculum development and accreditation processes.
• Proven track record of research and publications in relevant fields.
