Job Description

Experience:

• 1-3 Years Experience of handling Manual payments and AP
• Immediate Joiner preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute vendor payments through manual, ACH, and ERP-based payment runs.
• Create, validate, and upload payment batches in bank portals while ensuring compliance with approval controls.
• Process and post transactions accurately in ERP systems.
• Perform vendor statement reconciliations and resolve payment or invoice discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to address payment queries and ensure timely settlements.
• Maintain payment documentation, support audits, and adhere to company policies and internal controls.

Skills Required:

• The candidate should be immediate joiner.
• B. Com or equivalent degree in accounting profession.
• Hands-on experience in AP Payment processing, banking portals and ERP systems.
• Good understanding of payment methods, vendor reconciliations, and accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and stakeholder communication skills.
