Assistant Creative Strategist & Product Stylist

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Strategy & Content Planning

• Support the development of monthly content calendars across campaigns and social media.
• Translate marketing objectives into creative content ideas.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, merchandising, and production teams to execute campaigns on schedule.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and project dependencies.

2. Product Styling & Visual Direction

• Assist in styling footwear, accessories, and products for campaigns, catalogue shoots, and digital content.
• Build complete visual looks using garments, props, textures, and accessories.
• Ensure styling aligns with the brand's luxury positioning.
• Prepare styling references and shot breakdowns before every production.

3. Trend Research & Creative Insights

• Research emerging trends across Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, luxury fashion, and visual culture.
• Identify relevant content formats, styling directions, colour palettes, and storytelling opportunities.
• Convert trend insights into original concepts suited to the brand.
• Analyse content performance and recommend improvements based on audience engagement.

4. Shoot Planning & Production

• Coordinate photoshoots from planning through execution.
• Prepare products, props, mood boards, and shot lists.
• Liaise with photographers, models, makeup artists, stylists, and production partners.
• Ensure smooth execution on shoot days while maintaining creative quality.

5. Creative Asset Management

• Organise and maintain the complete library of photography and video assets.
• Maintain folder structures, naming conventions, version control, and backups.
• Archive campaign assets for future retrieval and repurposing.

6. Social Media Content Support

• Assist with scheduling and publishing content across digital platforms.
• Coordinate captions, creatives, approvals, and publishing timelines.
• Ensure consistency between the planned content calendar and live content.

7. Mood-boarding & Concept Development

• Create mood boards, styling references, and creative presentations.
• Translate campaign briefs into visual direction.
• Continuously contribute fresh concepts for editorials, launches, festive campaigns, and brand storytelling.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Communication, Fashion Styling, Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2years of experience in fashion, luxury, creative agencies, or content production.
• Strong understanding of styling, composition, colour, and visual aesthetics.
• Familiarity with Instagram, Pinterest, and evolving digital content trends.
• Working knowledge of Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma is a plus.
• Excellent organisational and project coordination skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment with multiple ongoing projects.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
