Executive Learning & Development

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

The Executive -Learning & Development will act as the core content developer and instructional designer while leading end-to-end program management for training initiatives. This role focuses on mapping training requirements, launching scalable learning frameworks, tracking project lifecycles, and designing assessment structures to evaluate training effectiveness and drive business goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Translate company business goals into an actionable, by giving insights and suggestions to create a structured L&D strategy and master program roadmap
• Own the full content creation lifecycle, acting as the lead instructional designer to build and refresh training content across soft skills, product, process, and behavioural modules.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) program architecture, designing digital learning journeys, configuring assessments, and monitoring completion metrics to maximize adoption.
• Create and manage comprehensive, data-backed training calendars aligned with regional business schedules and corporate timelines.
• Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), external vendors, and digitalization partners to co-create training modules.
• Track and manage critical milestone programs, including onboarding tracks, the Mentor-Mentee program, and regional pre-confirmation assessments.
• Maintain rigorous program governance by gathering training logs, tracking feedback mechanisms, and translating training analytics into data-driven improvement reports.
• Secure full compliance with internal audit standards and mandatory statutory training protocols (such as POSH and Disaster Management).
• Build Train-the-Trainer (TTT) toolkits and content frameworks to ensure standardized, high-quality facilitation across the regional training team.
• Consult with line managers and HR stakeholders to understand shifting skill gaps and iteratively refine the centralized training curriculum.
