We’re looking for a Software Engineer with 4–6 years of experience in Java development and CI/CD. The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator, quick learner, and someone who can understand products quickly and work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain backend applications using Java.
  • Design and develop REST APIs and backend services.
  • Implement and support CI/CD pipelines for application deployment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
  • Understand product requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Communicate technical concepts, updates, and solutions clearly.
  • Present technical solutions and project progress to stakeholders.
  • Work independently, take ownership, and make independent technical decisions when required.

Required Skills

  • 4–6 years of hands-on Java development experience.
  • Strong understanding of Java and backend development.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Quick learner with the ability to quickly grasp new products, technologies, and requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Strong ownership and accountability.

Good to Have

  • Experience with Spring/Spring Boot.
  • Experience with Git and Agile methodologies.
  • Exposure to cloud or containerized environments.
