Position: MarTech Platform Subject Matter Expert
Level: Manager

What You'll Do

  • Act as a platform SME for MarTech consulting, solutioning, and delivery advisory.
  • Design and guide customer data, analytics, personalization, experimentation, marketing automation, and customer journey solutions.
  • Lead client workshops, assessments, solution discussions, and platform deep dives.
  • Support RFPs/RFIs, proposals, estimations, demos, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Define integration strategies across CRM, CMS, Commerce, Service, and Enterprise Data Platforms.
  • Mentor teams and contribute to reusable accelerators, reference architectures, and best practices.

Preferred Platform Expertise

Experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Customer Data Platforms: Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Data Cloud, Segment, Tealium, mParticle, Treasure Data
  • Journey Orchestration: Adobe Journey Optimizer, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, MoEngage, Oracle Responsys
  • Digital Analytics: Adobe Analytics, GA4, Customer Journey Analytics
  • Product Analytics: Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap
  • Personalization & Experimentation: Adobe Target, Optimizely, Dynamic Yield

  • Marketing Automation: Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud

What We're Looking For

✅ Experience in MarTech, Customer Data, Analytics, or Digital Marketing Platforms
✅ Minimum 5 years of deep expertise in a MarTech platform or solution area
✅ Strong understanding of identity, consent, segmentation, activation, measurement, and integrations
✅ Experience working with marketing, data, technology, privacy, and security stakeholders
✅ Strong client-facing consulting and solutioning capabilities.
