Sanmar Matrix Metals Limited, we hiring for Maintenance person for our steel foundry division based in Viralimalai (Trichy).


Experience: 3 - 8 years

Qualification: Diploma or B.E/B.Tech with relevant experience.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Responsible to carry out mechanical maintenance activities.

2. To ensure 100% availability of the machines for production.


Responsible to carry out mechanical maintenance activities for Steel Foundry Division


  • Planning & Maintaining of preventive maintenance schedule.
  • Procuring spares & Special tool development in consultation with manufacturing engineering.
  • Track machine down time of important machines.
  • Planning and execution of erection and commissioning of equipments & utilities.
  • Take care emergency breakdown.
  • Controlling down time Controlling cost.
  • Ensure that the Machine down time is reduced as per the plan and ensure availability of equipments to production.
