With over 150+ successfully completed residential projects, we are committed to delivering exceptional design experiences and personalized living spaces.

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Design Sales who can understand client requirements, provide design solutions, and convert inquiries into successful projects.

• Meet prospective clients and understand their interior design requirements.
• Conduct client consultations and site visits when required.
• Present 3D design concepts, mood boards, and project proposals.
• Prepare quotations and explain project scope, timelines, and pricing.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed projects.
• Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure smooth project handover.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Update client interactions and sales progress in CRM or tracking systems.
• Stay informed about interior design trends, materials, and industry developments.

• Strong Interior Design & Material Understanding
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Client relationship management skills.
• Understanding of residential interior design concepts.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in interior sales, design consulting, real estate sales, home décor, modular kitchens, furniture sales, or related industries.
• Experience in client-facing roles with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
