Sales Intern


What You Do:


  • Run outreach campaigns across Email, LinkedIn & other channels for US & EU markets
  • Make cold calls to prospective customers, introduce OptiPhoenix, understand their needs, and initiate meaningful conversations.
  • Learn social selling (build a personal brand that gets replies!)
  • Research & identify ICP leads + buying signals
  • Write high-converting, human-first messages that open doors
  • Work closely with OP’s leadership team on real growth experiments


What You’ll Learn


  • How B2B startups actually grow
  • Real sales tools: HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Psychology of persuasion & growth communication
  • 1:1 mentorship from OP’s leadership (you’ll learn more in 3 months than college ever could)
