We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our Data Science & AI practice. The role involves developing and deploying machine learning solutions, solving complex business problems, and working closely with Data Engineering, AI, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and Statistical models for complex business problems.
  • Perform data exploration, feature engineering, model training, validation, and hyperparameter tuning.
  • Apply techniques such as Regression, GLM, Decision Trees, Random Forest, Boosting, Bagging, SVM, Clustering, and other ML algorithms.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with business, product, engineering, and data teams to translate requirements into data science solutions.
  • Work with Data Engineering teams to productionize ML models and build scalable data pipelines.
  • Monitor and optimize model performance, accuracy, and reliability.
  • Contribute to ML lifecycle, MLOps, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate complex analytical concepts and findings effectively to technical and business stakeholders.

Required Skills
  • 6–10 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Python and machine learning/statistical modeling.
  • Strong knowledge of ML algorithms, feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimization.
  • Experience deploying and maintaining ML models in production.
  • Experience working with ETL/ELT, data transformation, and large datasets.
  • Experience with AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, or other cloud/data platforms.
  • Experience with Spark/PySpark is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
Good to Have
  • Experience with Deep Learning, NLP, Generative AI, or LLMs.
  • Knowledge of MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes, or MLOps.
  • Experience with H2O or similar ML platforms.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based AI/ML platforms and CI/CD.
