IND-Oracle Fusion SCM Lead

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Solution Architect / SME to lead the SCM functional team, drive solution architecture, and oversee implementation, enhancements, and Managed Services Support (MSP). The candidate must have strong hands-on expertise in Procurement, Order Management, Inventory Management, and Costing.

· Lead the Oracle Fusion SCM team and provide functional and architectural guidance across Procurement, OM, Inventory, and Costing.

· Own end-to-end solution design, requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration, and process optimization.

· Lead implementation activities, including CRP, SIT, UAT, migration, go-live, and hypercare.

· Resolve complex functional issues, critical incidents, and escalations across SCM modules.

· Oversee MSP delivery, ticket prioritization, SLA adherence, RCA, enhancements, and client satisfaction.

· Review solution designs, functional specifications, integrations, and technical deliverables.

· Collaborate with Finance, Manufacturing, OIC, and other cross-functional teams.

· Mentor consultants, develop internal module leads, and ensure knowledge continuity.

· Support resource planning, estimation, client discussions, and implementation-to-MSP transitions.

· 10+ years of overall IT/ERP experience with substantial Oracle Fusion SCM expertise.

· Strong functional knowledge of Procurement, Order Management, Inventory Management, and Costing.

· Proven experience in Oracle Fusion SCM implementations and production support.

· Expertise in solution architecture, functional configuration, integrations, and complex issue resolution.

· Experience leading teams, managing client escalations, and governing multiple engagements.

· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

· Experience in Manufacturing, Planning, Shipping, and Financials integrations.

· Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and reporting tools.

· Oracle Cloud SCM certification preferred.

· Experience in both implementation and Managed Services Support.

Key Requirement: The candidate must be capable of independently leading the SCM team, owning end-to-end solution design, and providing hands-on expertise across Procurement, OM, Inventory, and Costing.
