3D Animator

Role Description : This is a full-time, on-site 3D Animator role based in Noida, India. The 3D Animator will create high-quality 3D animations for advertising campaigns, digital content, and brand storytelling assets. Daily responsibilities include developing character and object animations, collaborating on storyboard and concept development, and working closely with creative directors, designers, and video teams to align visuals with brand goals. The role involves rigging models, integrating motion capture data where required, optimizing animations for various digital platforms, and ensuring timely delivery of production-ready assets. The 3D Animator will also participate in reviews, iterate based on feedback, and maintain consistent visual standards across projects.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in 3D Animation and Animation for characters, products, and environments.
• Proficiency in Rigging to prepare models for smooth and expressive movement.
• Experience with Motion Capture workflows for realistic and dynamic animations.
• Hands-on expertise in Blender (and familiarity with other 3D tools is an advantage).
• Solid understanding of lighting, camera movement, timing, and storytelling in animation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary creative and production teams.
• Portfolio demonstrating 3D animation work relevant to advertising, digital media, or branded content.
• Diploma or degree in Animation, Multimedia, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work on-site in Delhi and engage in a fast-paced, creative agency environment.
