About the Role

We're looking for a Cyber Security & Compliance Intern to join our security team and gain hands-on exposure to real-world security operations. You'll work closely with experienced security professionals on vulnerability management, cloud security reviews, compliance activities, and automation projects that improve the team's efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Support VAPT activities by coordinating security assessments with external vendors, tracking findings, and following up on remediation efforts.
• Assist in cloud security reviews by validating configurations, identifying gaps, and documenting observations.
• Support Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) activities, including security questionnaires, evidence collection, and tracker management.
• Build simple scripts and automations to reduce manual effort across security operations.
• Maintain security documentation, reports, and compliance records.
• Gain exposure to industry frameworks and regulations such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and DPDPA.

What We're Looking For

• Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in cyber security, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Basic scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
• Understanding of fundamental security concepts such as vulnerability management, cloud security, and security best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to security tools, vulnerability scanners, or penetration testing concepts.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Interest in building a career in cyber security, compliance, or risk management within SaaS or FinTech environments.
