🚨 Hiring | Regional Sales Manager – South | Medical Devices

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager – South to join a leading global medical devices(Capital)/ophthalmic equipment organization.

📍 Location: Chennai

Division : Ophthalmic equipment

🌎 Region: South India

💼 Experience: 10–15 years

🎓 Qualification: BE/B.Tech – Biomedical / Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering

Key Requirements:

✅ Mandatory experience in Ophthalmic Equipment / Medical Devices sales

✅ Strong experience in distributor management across South India

✅ Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

✅ Experience in direct sales and business development

✅ Strong KOL and institutional network

✅ Willingness to travel extensively across South India

✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills

✅ Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive regional sales strategy and revenue growth

• Manage and strengthen distributor partnerships

• Develop new markets, channels, and business opportunities

• Build relationships with hospitals, medical institutions, KOLs, and other stakeholders

• Conduct product demonstrations, training, seminars, and industry events

• Monitor sales forecasts, market trends, and competitor activity

• Drive market share and customer preference

✈️ Travel: 15–20 days/month | 75%+ domestic travel
