Intelligence & Monitoring Analyst

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly curious, analytical, and investigative professional to join our Intelligence &

Monitoring Group. The role will focus on identifying and mitigating risks to the organization's employer brand,

candidate trust, and recruitment ecosystem.

The individual will monitor digital channels, investigate suspicious activities, identify emerging threats, and

provide actionable intelligence to prevent reputational damage and recruitment-related fraud.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in OSINT, digital investigations, fraud detection,

threat intelligence, trust & safety, brand protection, or online risk monitoring.

What you’ll do:

• Monitor social media, review sites, job portals, and online platforms for brand/reputation risks.
• Identify fake jobs, offer letters, recruitment scams, unauthorized agencies, and fraudulent training schemes.
• Investigate misinformation, deepfakes, digital impersonation, and coordinated online campaigns.
• Conduct OSINT/digital investigations and identify emerging threats.
• Validate findings, assess potential impact, and prepare concise intelligence reports.
• Coordinate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Communications, and Cybersecurity teams for appropriate action.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in OSINT, Threat Intelligence, Digital Risk, Fraud Investigation, Trust & Safety, Brand Protection, or Online Investigations.
• Strong research, analytical and investigative skills.
• Good understanding of social media and digital platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Exposure to AI-enabled threats, misinformation, or recruitment fraud is an advantage
