We are hiring for a NOC Operations Head for a global IT company based in Chennai.
We are looking for an accomplished Network Operations & Managed Services Leader to drive large-scale, business-critical 24x7 Managed Network Services (NMS) for global telecom and enterprise customers.

🔹 Customer Experience & Executive Stakeholder Management
🔹 Commercial Performance & Service Growth
🔹 Global Onshore / Offshore Team Leadership
✅ Managing large-scale 24x7 global network operations
✅ Leading geographically distributed, multidisciplinary teams
✅ Managing AVP / VP / CXO-level customer relationships and escalations
✅ Driving network transformation and modernization programs
✅ Delivering measurable improvements in MTTR, productivity, reliability, cost and customer experience
✅ Building automation and AIOps-led operational models
✅ Managing complex multi-vendor telecom and enterprise network environments
✅ Strong understanding of IP, MPLS, VPN, SD-WAN, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routing, switching and cloud connectivity
✅ Driving governance, service quality and commercial outcomes
