Salesforce Administrator:

Core Responsibilities:

• Maintain and configure Salesforce — user accounts, profiles, permissions, and workflows.
• Build and update reports, dashboards, and custom fields.
• Manage data imports, exports, deduplication, and ongoing data hygiene.
• Support automation (Flow, Process Builder) and light customization requests.
• Support and maintain Service Cloud configuration (case management, queues, escalation rules).

Key Requirements & Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar CRM admin role.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification strongly preferred.
• Service Cloud experience required.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Flow/Process Builder, and reporting tools.
• Experience with data governance and security practices a plus.
• AI-fluent — comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to speed up day-to-day work, and eager to keep pace with new tools as they emerge.
