Part-Time Public Speaking & Communication Trainer for Students (Online | 15 hrs/week)

Job Role: Part-Time Public Speaking, Communication & Leadership Trainer (Online)

Hours: 15 hours/week | 5 Days a week | Wednesday - Sunday | 6:00 PM–9:00 PM IST

Location: Remote / Work from Home

Compensation: ₹15,000/month + Performance Bonus 

About the Role:

AptiTalent is hiring high-energy, articulate trainers to deliver live online communication, public speaking, and leadership skills for students (ages 8–16). Full curriculum and materials provided.

Key Responsibilities:

-Facilitate interactive 1-on-1 or small-group live sessions using our syllabus.

-Conduct brief 30-minute student baseline assessments during demo sessions.

-Provide constructive, encouraging feedback to keep students engaged and confident throughout the program.

-Complete brief post-session attendance and progress updates after each class.

Requirements:

Experience: Background as a Public Speaker, Spoken English Trainer, English Teacher or Communication Coach.

Communication: Exceptional spoken English with clean enunciation and high vocal clarity.

Classroom Energy: Patient, warm, and highly engaging with students aged 8–16.

Tech Setup: Laptop with functional webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and a quiet, professional workspace.

Availability (IST): Wednesday–Sunday (6:00 PM–9:00 PM IST | 3 hours/day)

Selection Process:

Selected applicants will be asked to share a short 60-second WhatsApp video demo demonstrating their communication style and classroom presence as part of the screening process.
