Job Overview:

The Lead Developer establishes data architecture requirements by analyzing enterprise-wide information needs to design large-scale, high-performance data systems. This role provides technical leadership and oversight for the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of robust data solutions.


Job Responsibility:

  • System Architecture: Designs end-to-end data architectures including software, cloud infrastructure, and data pipelines to support current and future enterprise requirements.
  • Technical Leadership: Oversees a complete development team, providing daily supervision, mentoring on software engineering design, and guiding project execution.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensures all data systems comply with corporate IT architecture standards, data governance policies, and security frameworks.
  • Workflow Optimization: Evaluates work flows, data organization, and project planning analytically to implement corrective actions and optimize system performance.
  • Project Delivery: Provides regular status updates and reporting metrics to program leadership to guarantee on-time and on-budget delivery of multiple work streams.


Technical/Required Skills:

  • Data Platforms & Cloud: Deep expertise in Snowflake data warehousing and Azure cloud infrastructure and services.
  • Programming & Querying: Advanced proficiency in Python development and expert-level SQL for complex data manipulation and analysis.
  • Data Engineering & Modeling: Strong hands-on experience with dbt (Data Build Tool) for data transformation and a solid understanding of Big Data frameworks.
  • Architecture Mastery: Fluency in general data architecture principles, including data modeling, ETL/ELT pipeline design, and system integration.
  • Data Operations: Solid knowledge of CI/CD environments, automated deployments, monitoring, auditing, security, and performance tuning for end-to-end process execution.


Good to have Experience:

  • Healthcare/Pharma experience


Educational Qualification:

  • BTech/BCA/BSc/MTech/MCA/MSc
