Job Overview :

Join Dearc Studio as a Senior Interior Designer. We are seeking a creative visionary with a strong technical background to lead high-end projects from initial concept to final site handover. The ideal candidate will balance aesthetic excellence with practical execution, ensuring every project meets our premium standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Ownership: Lead residential and commercial projects end-to-end, serving as the primary design authority.
• Concept & Design: Create innovative spatial layouts, mood boards, and material palettes that align with client visions.
• Technical Precision: Review and finalize detailed 2D/3D working drawings and comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQs).
• Vendor & Site Management: Liaise with contractors and vendors to ensure on-site execution perfectly matches design intent.
• Client Advisory: Act as a trusted consultant for clients, providing expert advice on materials, finishes, and project timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Experience: Minimum 4 years of core experience in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Software: Expert proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is mandatory.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction details, material sourcing, and BOQ preparation.
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
