Corporate Relations Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a driven, confident, and relationship-oriented Corporate Relations Intern to join our Career Services & Placements team. In this role, you will support SkilloVilla's corporate hiring partner ecosystem by identifying potential companies, reaching out to hiring teams, building relationships, and creating placement opportunities for our learners.

This is a high-ownership, hands-on internship where you will gain practical exposure to corporate outreach, business development, stakeholder management, and placement coordination. You will work closely with the team to understand hiring requirements, coordinate with companies and students, and contribute to building a strong pipeline of placement opportunities.

Internship Tenure: 6-Month Internship + PPO | Possibility of Early Conversion Based on Performance

Stipend: 15,000/-

Experience: 0-6 Months

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Development & Outreach

• Research and identify companies hiring for roles aligned with SkilloVilla's programs.
• Connect with HR professionals, recruiters, and hiring managers through LinkedIn, email, and cold calls.
• Support corporate pitching, partner onboarding, and relationship management.
• Build and maintain the corporate outreach and lead pipeline through regular follow-ups.
• Explore new channels and partnerships to expand placement opportunities.

Placement Coordination & Student Support

• Coordinate between hiring partners and students throughout the placement process.
• Communicate job opportunities and support students with applications and interviews.
• Schedule interviews and ensure timely follow-ups with companies and candidates.
• Collect and communicate interview feedback to students.
• Address student queries and provide support throughout the hiring process.

Reporting & Collaboration

• Maintain outreach, lead, interview, and placement trackers using Google Sheets and CRM tools.
• Track outreach activities, follow-ups, and weekly performance metrics.
• Research companies and hiring trends to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth placement experience.
• Take ownership of assigned targets and deliverables.

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers and recent graduates can apply.
• Strong interest in Corporate Relations, Business Development, Client Management, or Placement Operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
