Space Designer – 3–5 Years Experience

Location: Noida /Ahmedabad | Employment Type: Full-time | Work Mode: On-site

Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect/Interior Designer with 3–5 years of experience to support the design and execution of architecture, interior, museum, cultural, and exhibition projects from concept to site implementation. The role involves design development, documentation, coordination, project management, and support through execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop design concepts, layouts, 2D/3D visualizations, and presentations.
• Prepare detailed drawings, working drawings, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Conduct site visits and support site execution and supervision.
• Assist with material research, selection, detailing, and vendor coordination.
• Track design changes, approvals, and ensure execution aligns with approved designs.
• Support project timelines, coordination, and client presentations.
• Assist in planning and managing day-to-day design deliverables and project timelines.
• Track drawing submissions, design revisions, approvals, and pending actions.
• Support resource planning and ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables.
• Participate in client and consultant meetings and maintain clear coordination and follow-ups.
• Maintain organized project documentation, drawing registers, and coordination records.

Requirements:

• B.Arch or equivalent qualification with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of architectural/interior design, detailing, and construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
• Good design, visualization, documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Willingness to travel for site and project-related work.
• Experience in museum, cultural, exhibition, institutional, or interior projects is an advantage.
