About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant to join our team on a part-time remote basis. This role is ideal for professionals with strong functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and a passion for delivering scalable HR technology solutions.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to configure, enhance, and support SAP SuccessFactors modules while ensuring alignment with SAP best practices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, implement, and support SAP SuccessFactors modules including:
  • Benefits
  • Employee Central (EC)
  • Recruiting
  • Onboarding
  • Compensation
  • Lead and support USA Benefits implementations, including US Savings Plan configuration.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Perform system configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and application support.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Product Managers, and Development teams.
  • Drive application enhancements and continuous improvements.
  • Conduct workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure solutions follow SAP standard functionality and industry best practices.


Required Skills

  • Strong 5+ years hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors
