About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Tax Functional Consultant with strong hands-on functional experience in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud, particularly Fusion Tax. The ideal candidate should have experience leading Oracle FIN Cloud implementations/support engagements, business process mapping, fit-gap analysis, integrations, security, workflows, reporting and functional issue resolution.


Responsibilities

  • Lead Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud implementation and support engagements.
  • Work as a FIN Lead across finance functional areas.
  • Configure and support Oracle Fusion Tax functionality.
  • Handle functional issues and provide solutions in highly escalated situations involving customers and Oracle Support.
  • Work with Cloud tools including FSM, Rapid Implementation Templates and ADFdi.
  • Perform business process mapping and fit-gap analysis.
  • Work across Level 1–3 finance business processes.
  • Prepare functional specifications.
  • Develop/support OTBI reports and analytics.
  • Work on Oracle FIN Cloud integrations and data migration/loading activities.
  • Work with Data Loaders and Spreadsheet Data Loader.
  • Handle FIN Cloud security and workflows.
  • Analyze complex functional issues and provide effective solutions.


Qualifications

  • 7–10 years relevant experience.
  • Strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud – Fusion Tax.
  • Minimum 2–3 Oracle FIN Cloud implementation/support engagements.
  • Must have played a FIN Lead role.
  • Strong experience in business process mapping and fit-gap analysis.
  • Good understanding of FSM, Rapid Implementation Templates and ADFdi.
  • Experience writing functional specifications.
  • Experience with OTBI reports and analytics.
  • Understanding of Oracle FIN Cloud integrations and data loaders.
  • Experience with FIN Cloud security and workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in escalated customer/Oracle Support situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud – Fusion Tax.
  • Experience leading Oracle FIN Cloud implementations/support engagements.
  • Business process mapping and fit-gap analysis.
  • Experience with Cloud tools including FSM, Rapid Implementation Templates and ADFdi.
  • Excellent communication skills.


Preferred Skills

  • Certification in Oracle FIN offerings.
  • Experience with Oracle EBS.
  • Additional Oracle Financials Cloud functional experience.


Pay range and compensation package

Budget: ₹18–20 LPA
