Senior Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Responsible as single point of contact for smooth execution of EPC projects in

Municipal Water/ Sewage/ Storm Water Plant including all mechanical & electrical

equipment of the plant.

2. Manage client expectation by gaining thorough understanding of their requirement

and designing optimal solution.

3. Plan and schedule key milestones for the assigned project with timelines for

systematic phase wise management.

4. Execute key responsibilities for achieving following project outcomes

• Design effective solution to fulfil client requirement
• Contact and negotiate with vendors/OEMs to provide optimal solution to the client
• Review technical specifications and obtain necessary approvals
• Prepare techno-commercial offer which demonstrates value of the company’s products and services as well return on investment for the client.
• Procure required materials and manpower with the help of procurement team.
• Install, test and commission especially pumps, motors, different types of valves, LT Panel, HT Switchgears, Transformer, EOT Crane, Air Compressor & Surge Vessel etc.

5. Collaborate with empanelled third-party contractors to prudently use available manpower, /equipment and any other available in house resources

6. Coordinate with staff from corporate office and onsite team for required execution of electrical equipment or any other required support

7. Ensure regular communication with client and management at corporate office on the alignment of expectations and progress of deliverables.

Desired Candidate Profile

For Sr. Project Manager – Mechanical

• B. Tech/B.E./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Government recognized institute
• 5-10 years’ experience as site engineer/ supervisor/ project manager in installations/ operation & maintenance or refurbishment in Pumping Stations/ Manufacturing plants/ Substation/ Power Plants / Large industry
• Industrial expertise in mechanical equipment and thorough knowledge of Pumps, Motors, Surge Vessels, Piping, air compressor, EOT cranes etc.

For Sr. Project Manager - Electrical

• B. Tech/B.E./Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Government recognized institute
• 5-10 years’ experience as site engineer/ supervisor/ project manager in installations/ operation & maintenance or refurbishment in Pumping Stations/ Manufacturing plants/ Substation/ Power Plants / Large industry
• Industrial expertise in electrical equipment and thorough knowledge of different types of Valves, Low Tension (LT) & High tension(HT) switchgear panels, Transformers.
