Sr. Client Servicing (Mall Decor / Corporate Events)

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Client Servicing – Key Account Management professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing key clients, understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and driving projects from brief to successful execution.

Note: Candidates with experience in Events, Experiential Marketing, BTL Activations, Mall Décor or Corporate Events will be preferred.

🔹 Manage and build strong relationships with key accounts and corporate clients.

🔹 Understand client requirements and translate them into clear briefs for internal teams.

🔹 Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.

🔹 Coordinate with Creative, Design, Production, Operations and Vendor teams to ensure smooth project execution.

🔹 Develop and present concepts, presentations, proposals and solutions to clients.

🔹 Manage multiple client requirements and projects simultaneously.

🔹 Ensure timely follow-ups on proposals, approvals and ongoing projects.

🔹 Drive client satisfaction and maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

🔹 Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.

🔹 Coordinate project handovers and ensure smooth communication between the client & execution teams.

🔹 Maintain project trackers, client updates and regular follow-ups.

🔹 Support the team in achieving business and client servicing objectives.

✅ 4 – 6 years of experience in Client Servicing / Key Account Management.

✅ Experience in the Events, BTL Activations, Mall Décor, Corporate Events or Advertising industry is highly preferred.

✅ Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.

✅ Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

✅ Ability to understand client briefs and provide effective solutions.

✅ Experience coordinating with multiple internal teams.

✅ Strong problem-solving and project management skills.

✅ Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools.

✅ Comfortable using AI tools for improving productivity and presentations.
