Project Management Specialist

Location: Raheja Towers, Anna Salai, Chennai (Work from office)

Salary Range: 3 LPA - 5 LPA

Office Timings: 13.00 PM - 9.30 PM IST

Notice: Immediate (preferred) - 60 days

As a Project Associate, you would collaborate with several stakeholders including Graphic production members, QCs, Client service managers from the Netherlands, and international customers to ensure project quality and timely delivery. The member should have project management knowledge and a willingness to learn about the packing industry.

• Project management: having independent project-handling experience
• Resource management:planning the projects & utilising the team capacity to the fullest
• People person not self-centred, able to cooperate equally with different roles, being self-critical and open-minded to process feedback.
• Interpretation: who can read between the lines / connect the dots
• Natural leadership: decision-making, problem-solving and setting team goals
• Proactiveness: predicting the upcoming challenges / having an eye to see the future
• Packaging Pre-Press knowledge will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:•

• Managing the projects for a Brand or group of Brands from start to finish.
• Overview of all project-related actions like Project preparation, creating briefing, communication, planning, monitoring, organising, data management and delegating workload.
• Responsible for overall team quality, controlling and execution of all tasks assigned.
• Mentor and guide the production team, giving inputs and suggestions.
• Sharing ideas from your observation/perspectives to participate in the company development.
