Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Business Analyst (Russian Language) to work on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical and comprehension skills, with the ability to read, summarize, and break down large content into smaller logical blocks. The role involves conducting online research, validating claims, and collaborating with large language models to solve analytical puzzles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and summarize extensive Russian‑language documents, dividing them into logical sections for model training.

• Conduct independent online research to verify factual statements presented in source material.

• Provide detailed annotations and constructive feedback to improve large language model outputs.

• Design scenario‑based puzzles that test model reasoning and generate corrective explanations.

• Analyze quantitative examples, such as sales distributions, to identify growth patterns and communicate findings.

• Work closely with AI engineers to integrate analytical insights into model fine‑tuning processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in reading and writing both English and Russian, demonstrating a high degree of comprehension.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with experience breaking complex information into actionable insights.

• Demonstrated research skills, including the ability to locate, assess, and validate information from online sources.

• Ability to deliver clear, constructive feedback and detailed annotations that guide model improvement.

• Creative and lateral thinking to develop novel scenarios that challenge model performance.
